  • Phase I. Immunization and test bleeding: 1.5-2.0 months (1,500 USD)
    • Immunization - 3 Balb/c mice are immunized and boosted using a Adar Biotech's immunization protocol.
    • Screening - Tail bleedings are screened by direct ELISA to determine antibody titer.
    • Evaluation - The ELISA results are sent to the customer for evaluation
  • Phase II. Fusion, clone selection and screening: 1 month (3,400 USD)
    • Fusion - Splenocyte fusion to Mouse Myeloma cell line is performed on the mouse which responded the best to the immunization. 5-6 96-well microplates are commonly prepared.
    • Selection and screenings - Are done for isolating antigen specific- IgG secreting hybridomas We send the data to the customers and chose with the customer the best 2-4 clones.
  • Phase III. subcloning and delivery: 1.0-1.5 months (2,000 USD)
    • Subcloning - The 2-4 clones selected with the customer are subcloned by limiting dilution cloning.
    • Delivery- 4 vials of hybridoma cells from each clone and 5 ml of culture supernatants from each clone are delivered to the customer.
    • Evaluation - The ELISA results are sent to the customer for evaluation
Total quote: 6,900 USD for the three phases
